The Scholarships for Service: Student Civic Fellows Program engages 100 RI college students in volunteer service at over 40 non-profit agencies and PK-12 schools. AmeriCorps members complete a 300 hour term of service and receive a $1,175 Education Award. 15 SFS members are student veterans, helping to strengthen their communities through service to other veterans.

The AmeriCorps*VISTA program is a full-time, 12 month national service program. RICC VISTAs address the pressing issues facing low-income communities throughout the state with placements at institutions of higher education and core urban schools. Members build the capacity for underrepresented populations to access post-secondary opportunities.

Rhode Island Partnerships for Success has a simple but bold mission: to leverage the educational assets of Rhode Island's institutions of higher education to enhance PK-16 school-based partnerships that prepare students to realize their own goals in higher education, careers, and active citizenship.

Engaged Scholars Statewide Presidential Faculty Fellowship is an annual competitive award program for college faculty at our member campuses who are committed to developing and enhancing community and civic engagement through their teaching, research, and service. Faculty meet several times throughout the year to share resources, enhance their projects, and increase our network of engaged scholars.

Rhode Island Campus Compact's Civic Engagement Network regularly convenes and provides resources to civic engagement professionals at our member campuses. Through this network, member campuses collaborate on projects, share resources, gain new knowledge, and enhance the collective impact of community engagement efforts in RI.

The College Access and Success initiative leverage's RICC's member institutions' resources to expand educational opportunities for all students through civic and community engagement. RICC is a founding member of the College Access Network in Rhode Island and has received funds through the federal College Access Challenge Grant to increase professional development in the state.
