Service Learning
Leadership Team Grants in the range of $7,500 to $10,000 will provide funds for 3-4 districts or schools
that are interested and serious about supporting a leadership team to develop
and implement a plan to promote and institutionalize high quality
service-learning practice over the course of three years.
Working in close partnership with community
agencies and higher education institutions, districts/schools will receive
$7,500-$10,000 for the first year and be eligible for renewing for up to two
more years at the same amount pending federal funding and performance.
Successful proposals will have a plan to involve a team of
teachers, administrators, at least one community partner and one higher education
